The property is just a 5 minute walk from both the village shop and cafe, and the village pub and restaurant. You can also enjoy the best of what this area has to offer - walking, cycling, boating, fishing or you can even get the ferry over to Jura from Tayvallich pontoon! If you are looking to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet you can sit in the garden or take a short walk to the village green or Carsaig bay and just enjoy the beautiful views this area has to offer.

LIVING ROOM

The comfortable living room comprises of a leather 3 seater sofa and armchair, and 2 seater sofa. Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player and freeview. There is also a large patio door leading out to the front garden, giving fantastic views across the fields and over to Jura - you can also enjoy the amazing west coast sunsets!

KITCHEN

Spacious kitchen/dining area with table and benches seating upto 6 people. Electric cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Dishtowels and oven gloves provided. Highchair available

BATHROOM

Mains shower over bath. Heated towel rail. Hand towel and bath mat provided.

BEDROOMS

There are 2 good size bedrooms;

Main bedroom - situated at the front of the house with beautiful views. Kingsize bed, wardrobe and small chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds and chest of drawers.

Bedding and towels are included.

Travel cot available if needed, just let us know at time of booking.

OUTSIDE

Private parking for 2 cars. Picnic bench and gas BBQ (gas provided).

Large grassed garden area with brilliant views looking over to Carsaig and Jura.
