Croitachoimbe is available Saturday to Saturday with arrival at 2pm and departure at 10am.  A deposit of £100.00 per week is required to secure your booking with the outstanding balance being paid in full 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.  In the event of cancellation, the deposit will only be returned if rebooking is successful.

Property Description

Croitachoimbe is a larch clad two bedroom cottage with a conservatory situated in an idyllic private location just 400m or a five minute walk from the village shop on the back road to Carsaig Bay. Once through the farm gate, the property is accessed from the farm track up a tarmacked single track road.  Please note that the road is not suitable for motor homes but of course they can be parked at the village car park. 

The location can be seen on Google Earth if you put in the postcode PA31 8PP. 

It has been fully refurbished and provides accommodation for up to 6 people.  The secluded and fenced off garden grounds extend to approximately one and a half acres with a stream running in front of the house. 

There are views over to the island of Jura and the Corryvreckan from the top of the garden.  There is ample parking for a number of cars.  Free wifi.

The accommodation comprises:-

Lounge with a two leather settees, one of which is a double sofa bed,  coffee table, nest of tables, pine dining table & 4 chairs, flat screen T.V, French doors to a paved veranda which has steps leading down into the garden, patio furniture and BBQ.  There is a wood burning stove in the centre of the room which is open plan to the kitchen.

Modern fitted kitchen with built in electric oven & hob, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, ample storage cupboards.  Well equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc.
South facing conservatory with a two seater settee, two armchairs, coffee table, dining table and six chairs.  
Bathroom with wash hand basin/vanity unit, w.c, bath with instant shower above, heated towel rail.
Two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds).
Two double duvets and two single duvets are provided with pillows.  Visitors are asked to provide their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
There are electric storage heaters in each room and water is heated by an electric immersion heater.  
Well behaved dogs are welcome and a charge of £10 per animal per stay will be made.
We request that guests do not smoke in the house.
